Visa support
Participants requiring a visa to travel to France may request an invitation letter to support their visa application.
To facilitate the process, please download and complete the Visa Support Request Form available below.
Once completed, send the following documents by email to registration@iterbusinessforum.com :
- The completed Visa Support Request Form (Excel file including 2 sheet tabs)
- A copy of your passeport valide for at least 3 months after the planned return date (page with picture only): should be copied on the second sheet taf of the excel file.

Your request will be reviewed upon receipt of all required documents. Incomplete requests may result in processing delays.
Important Information
- Visa support letters are issued only to registered participants.
- Registration fees must be paid before a visa support letter can be issued.
- Each participant must submit an individual request.
- IBF/27 can provide a visa support letter but cannot guarantee that a visa will be granted. The final decision rests solely with the competent French consular authorities.
Please anticipate visa processing times
Participants requiring a visa are strongly advised to submit their visa application at least one month before the event.
For applications submitted in Russia, please allow at least three months, as Moscow is the only competent French consular authority for these applications.
These timeframes are provided for guidance only. Visa processing times may vary, and IBF/27 has no control over the processing or approval of visa applications.
