General conditions

€ 380 (VAT not included) e.g. € 418 (VAT included)
  • Participation in the IBF/25 conference on 23&25 April 2025
  • Participation in the B to B meetings (from 23 April in the afternoon to 25 April 2025)
  • Access to the industrial and R&D exhibition
  • Participation in the optional programme (ITER worksite visit, technical tour or sightseeing tour) on 23 April 2025 (optional, limited to the first 300 registered participants on a first come first served basis)
  • Welcome Reception on 23 April 2025 in Parc Chanot, Marseille limited to registered participants.
  • Congress dinner on 24 April 2025 at the “salon des légendes” in the Velodrome stadium, Marseille, limited to the first 800 registered participants.
Via the private access of the participants to the web platform. Only payments with Visa card and MasterCard are accepted with the exception of:

  • Prepaid cards and commercial cards, for Visa card ;
  • Commercial cards, for MasterCard.
  • Bank transfer
  • Participation in the ITER worksite visit or technical tour will on 23 April 2025 will require communication of personal data to the organizers for reasons of security.
  • As the number of participants in such tours will be limited, they will be available to first registered delegates on a first come first served basis.
An individual invitation letter to IBF/25 international participants will be sent out prior to the meeting provided you indicate your need of such a letter and after payment of your registration fee. Please address your request to contact@iterbusinessforum.com (including all necessary information asked here). The invitation letter will be sent by return e-mail, and a paper copy will be sent in parallel by post.
The Exhibitor may withdraw from its application by sending a written notice to the Organizer. Penalties will be applicable as specified hereunder. In lack of a written notice, the Exhibitor will have to pay the whole amount of the fixed price. Any changes to the Exhibitor’s reservation form must be made in writing at exhibition@iterbusinessforum.com

For cancellations made:
  • before March 31st 2025 : a cancellation fee of 50 % of the total worth of the invoice is due.
  • after March 31st 2025 : cancellation fee of 100 % of the total worth of the invoice is due.

Participant registration form


Please note that the first participant registered will be considered as the “Contact person” of your company and his/her personal details will appear in the “IBF/25 Directory” gathering all presentation forms of companies attending the event. As main contact of your company, he/she will have a global overview on the management of all B to B meetings of your company.

You may register 3 participants by completing the registration form hereafter. Would you care to register others later on, it will be possible after registration of your company via your private access to the IBF/25 platform.
